It is a working session, not a sales presentation. We take a real job from your workshop, a brake replacement, a wheel refurbishment, a panel repair, whatever you did last week, and build the invoice for it live so you can see exactly how many steps it takes.
In fifteen minutes we normally get through: adding your business details and logo so invoices come out branded; setting your labour rate and the parts you use most; entering a job and generating the finished VAT invoice; sending it to a customer by email or WhatsApp; and showing how outstanding invoices are tracked and chased automatically.
You do not need to prepare anything, and you do not need to move your existing records first. Bring a recent job and a rough idea of your labour rate, that is enough to see whether the software fits how you work.
Is this really free? Yes. The call costs nothing, there is no obligation afterwards, and we do not ask for card details to book it.
Do I need to install anything? No. Asquare Invoicing runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or desktop. The demo itself runs on Google Meet.
What if fifteen minutes is not enough? Most workshops are set up and sending invoices well inside it. If you have more to work through we stay on the call.
Can I bring someone else? Yes, forward the calendar invite. It often helps to have whoever does the invoicing on the call as well.
